Function:
Personalized customer service;
Responsible for maintaining the image (personal and store);
Provide technical assistance service;
Customer Relationship Management;
Tasks inherent to store management and maintenance.

Ideal profile:
Minimum qualifications at the level of the 12 grade;
Good computer skills from the user's perspective;
Experience in personalized service, in the Premium segment (minimum 2 to 3 years);
Goal Orientation;
Taste for teamwork;
Availability for rotating schedules;
Knowledge of English or other languages ​​will be valued;
Dynamism, pro-activity, friendliness and empathy.
