PILOTS CHRONOGRAPH GEORGE RUSSELL 41MM

The Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 George Russell features a 41.9-millimeter case crafted from black zirconium oxide ceramic, a material IWC Schaffhausen pioneered four decades ago. Ceramic is lighter than steel and highly scratch-resistant, making it an attractive choice for watches. The crown and the pushbuttons are made of Ceratanium®, an IWC-developed performance material that combines the lightness and structural integrity of titanium with a hardness and scratch-resistance similar to that of ceramic. The black dial features printed indices and numerals in a distinctive blue shade, which is inspired by the predominantly blue design of George Russell’s racing helmet. The black hands are filled with Super-LumiNova® in the same colour. Powered by the IWC-manufactured 69380 calibre, the chronograph features IWC’s signature vertical dial layout with the minutes placed directly at the 12 o’clock position for easier legibility. The watch is fitted with a blue rubber strap with EasX-CHANGE® system. This watch is limited to 1063 pieces, a nod to the starting number 63 that Russell has raced with since the beginning of his career.
