Roger Dubuis Excalibur Skeleton Double Flying Tourbillon

Roger Dubuis Excalibur Skeleton Double Flying Tourbillon

15 years after its debut, the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Skeleton Double Flying Tourbillon gets a new interpretation.

The signature model from the Excalibur collection by Roger Dubuis returns to the spotlight and presents itself in a new version, with a slimmer case and more angular protrusions, updated movement, and an easy bracelet exchange system.

The imposing 45mm case of the new watch is available in three versions: pink gold, white gold and a version set with baguette-cut diamonds. Inside, the new DFT RD108SQ caliber, a reinterpretation of the RD105SQ, which was the first skeletonized movement with a double flying tourbillon connected to a differential. The escapements vibrate at 2 x 3 Hz (21,600 vph) and are connected to a new differential that allows for more accurate timing.

In addition to the two tourbillons, the most striking visual feature on the dial is the three-dimensional “floating star”, which further enhances the 3D architecture of the movement. The final touch is given by the black leather strap with quick-change system.
