Vacheron Constantin pays homage to its long history of love with the female universe through four new Égérie Moonphase models.
Born in 2020, the Égérie collection affirms Vacheron Constantin’s desire to celebrate the long tradition of creating watches specially designed for women’s wrists and the desire to further explore this universe by interpreting watchmaking complications with delicacy. Now, the Maison is expanding the collection with four new models in gold and diamonds that represent the art of Belle Haute Horlogerie.

The most striking novelty is the new Egérie Creative Edition, an exceptional watch crafted as if it were precious embroidery and which combines mechanical know-how with stylistic refinement, through the combination of four artisanal arts – enamelling, guilloche, engraving and setting of precious stones – which express themselves in symbiosis.

Richly decorated, the dial of this novelty consists of a pleated center, as if it were a silk fabric, and covered with translucent black enamel on which the trio of conical hour, minute and second hands resides. A floral-themed filigree in a pattern inspired by Burano lace (of which many white gold threads are as thin as an eyelash) is dressed in diamonds to frame the time display and make room for the moon phase indication, two mother-of-pearl discs against a starry sky that hide behind a cloud with plique-à-jour enamel.
The white gold case, 37 mm in diameter, is completely covered with diamonds, including the crown. The finishing touch is provided by an interchangeable black calfskin or crocodile leather strap with a pin buckle set with two precious stones.
In addition to the Égérie Creative Edition, Vacheron Constantin also presents three other variants of the Égerie Moonphase, including a version entirely set with diamonds, featuring a total of 1377 diamonds between the dial, case and bracelet (a total of 12.35 carats); a model with a diamond-set dial and case (845 diamonds, totaling 5.45 carats) and a crocodile or satin leather strap; and a variant with 58 diamonds set in the bezel and another 36 in the ring that surrounds the moonphase indication with a rose gold bracelet.
All the new models in the Égérie Moonphase collection feature cases measuring 37 mm in diameter and are powered by the in-house caliber 1088L, an automatic movement that offers approximately 40 hours of power reserve.
