Blancpain is presenting three new editions of the Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe, for the first time with a ceramic bracelet.

In 2024, Blancpain presents new Bathyscaphe editions, now with a patented black ceramic bracelet and a 43.6 mm case made of the same material. It also gets two new dials in blue with a sunray pattern and green with a sunray pattern.

Durable, highly scratch-resistant, and hypoallergenic, ceramic is almost five times harder than steel and 25% lighter. Despite its exceptional qualities, ceramic is difficult to work with, especially when it comes to finishing. Satin brushing is a delicate and meticulous process, with each facet of the links, buckle and case being individually finished by specialists.

The Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe models receiving the new ceramic bracelet are the Moonphase Complete Calendar, available with a blue, green, or black dial; the Automatic model with a black dial; and the Bathyscaphe Flyback Chronograph with a green dial.
