Internationally recognised as the destination of choice for the most prestigious brands, Avenida da Liberdade continues to assert itself as one of the most elegant and luxurious thoroughfares in Europe. A cosmopolitan stage in the Portuguese capital, it reinvents itself constantly and welcomes new designers, disruptive concepts and experiences that redefine the way we experience time.

Those who stroll down the distinguished Avenida da Liberdade know what they are looking for: history, elegance, but also modernity and the timelessness that define the most sophisticated European capitals. Tempus Group shapes this journey by integrating, in addition to the two already well-established Boutiques dos Relógios Plus, the single-brand stores of IWC Schaffhausen, Omega, Van Cleef & Arpels and Vacheron Constantin. These spaces offer exclusive experiences with the precision of the finest watchmaking, where time is also measured in sensations, as is the case at the IWC boutique, with its cosy bar and works by Portuguese artist Camila Nogueira. And because exceptionality is never too much, brands such as Buccellati and A. Lange & Söhne are preparing to open their doors, also through the Tempus Group, reinforcing the avenue's status as a destination of excellence for international watchmaking and jewellery.

These new developments extend to the sophistication of designer furniture, which also finds a home here. The refinement of Italian creations comes to us through Molteni&C, which chose Avenida da Liberdade to open its flagship store. And Eleventy Milano, which is moving into the historic building of the former Diário de Notícias newspaper, brings even more charm to the Smart Luxury concept. Also earlier this year, the Paul & Shark brand, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, opened its latest store on Avenida da Liberdade.

These spaces will coexist alongside prestigious national stores already established in the area, such as Rosa & Teixeira, Fashion Clinic, Stivali and Olhar de Prata, renowned for their careful and selective curation of leading brands, as well as the unmissable international brands such as Dior, Prada, Louis Vuitton, MaxMara, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Versace, Isabel Marant, Loewe, Burberry, Tod's and Long- champ. Eclectic, this avenue also promotes concepts that bring a more artistic and disruptive vision of exclusivity, such as Kolab, a concept store focused on the male universe, or the irreverent Golden Goose.

If fashion, jewellery, watches and art make up a large part of this scene, hospitality and the highest gastronomy complete the experience and conquer the most demanding palates. About to welcome JNcQUOI House, the new hotel of the Amorim group, Avenida da Liberdade also reveals itself as a gastronomic itinerary with renewed proposals such as the iconic Cervejaria Liberdade, which returns with a new image and decor, preserving tradition with a touch of contemporary refinement, joining other universes such as the Olivier Group restaurants or JNcQUOI, which will feature the new Fish restaurant, inseparable references of Lisbon's cosmopolitan life that invite you to travel through its flavours, but also through the vibrant spirit of what is one of Europe's main and most desirable arteries.
